Dylan’s Tours shall not be responsible for any inconvenience, loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity which may occur due to defects or through acts or omissions of any company or person rendering services other than motor coach transportation as described in this brochure.

Dylan’s Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify tours, schedules, and prices, and to cancel or substitute stops without prior notice. Leased equipment may be used when necessary. Tour guides and bus operators are responsible for the safety of the entire group and are unable to provide individual care or attention to guests with specific health or personal needs. The only binding agreement shall be the motor coach transportation ticket issued to each passenger, and by accepting such a ticket, the passenger agrees to its terms. Dylan’s Tours is not responsible for personal items left on the vehicle.
